NTPF Etalon Ltd. has mastered the production of new material - titanium ferrosilicide. It is used for alloying of various steels. This alloy contains about 70 % of titanium and has a composite structure. Compared with traditionally used ferrotitanium, titanium assimilation is higher in 1,5-2,5 times when this alloy is used. Also, titanium ferrosilicide contains much fewer non-metallic impurities and non-ferrous metals. The analogue of this material is ferrosilicotitanium, which contains 20-40 % of titanium.
